LSA Consulting only receives and accepts transactions from customers exported from countries where credit card services are legal. It does not accept transactions from countries to be decided by the buyer.
Money laundering is the act of concealing illegally obtained money and showing its source as legitimate.
We adhere to strict laws that make it illegal for our employees and agents to engage in or attempt any money laundering-related activity.
Our policies in this regard; It includes protecting our investors from money laundering, enhancing customer security services and secure payment process services.
Our first method of protection against money laundering is Know-Your-Client (KYC) verification. To ensure compliance with standard AML regulations, we ask that you submit the following documents:
Proof of identity: A clear copy of the front and back of your official photo ID (a valid passport), driver's license or national identity document.
Proof of Residence: An official document for the last 3 months clearly stating your name and address with which you are registered with LSA Consulting. This can be a bill (eg water, electricity, landline) or a bank statement. (Please make sure your copy includes these):
Copy of the front and back of your credit card: Only the last 4 digits of your credit card should be visible to ensure your privacy and security. You can also use the last 3 digits (CVV code) on the back of your card. Please note that legal requirements may differ in some countries and we may need to request more documents from you. You cannot trade until your “Know Your Customer” document is approved. All transactions opened before the confirmation of your account can be cancelled. Any loss or gain caused by these transactions will also be canceled from your account.
We do not accept third party payments. All collateral must be made in your name and match the submitted KYC documents. Due to ECB issuance policies, all canceled funds must be returned to the exact source from which they were received. This process; means that when a withdrawal request is made, the original funds deposited by wire transfer will be credited back to the same account. When the same transaction is performed with a credit card, your money will be returned to the same credit card. No cash is accepted when withdrawals or requests are denied.
As required by ECB regulation, we monitor suspicious transactions and report such activities to relevant law enforcement agencies. At the same time, we believe that the transfer is in any case connected with criminal activity or money laundering; We reserve the right to refuse this transfer. The law prohibits us from informing our customers of reports submitted to law enforcement regarding suspicious activity.
